Melt
slowly honey, sugar and the scalded milk.
Add flour, spices and the baking powder.
Mix
well and pour into a rectangular pan lined with buttered parchment.
Bake
in oven for 50/60 minutes 180°.
Variant
: substiture sugar with the same quantity of honey. In this case the dough has
to be put in the fridge for 1 hour circa before adding baking powder and spices.
